Once we have received your unwanted item(s) and the completed Merchandise Return Form, we will begin to process this as a normal order and you can expect to receive your exchange order within two to three days, subject to product availability.
In the event that you require a refund, subject to acceptance of the returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method originally used to purchase the item(s) within 15 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
